Suggested Day Hikes

Here are some of the suggested hikes you may enjoy if you have only one or two days in the park (mileages are round-trip):

Angels Landing (click here for our short virtual photo tour)
(moderately strenuous) - 5 miles

Canyon Overlook (click here for our short virtual photo tour)
(easy for adults moderate of kids) - 1 mile

Upper and Lower Emerald Pools
(moderate) - 2.2 miles

Lower Emerald Pool only
(moderately easy) - 1.2 miles

Weeping Rock (short, but steeper than most people expect) - 0.5 miles

Gateway to the Narrows (easy) - 2 miles

Kolob Arch (long hike, moderately-difficult because of its length.  Also, because the last two miles of the return trip, when hikers are already tired, are a fairly steep uphill trek. Can also be done as an overnight, 2 day trip.) - 14.5 miles
