Quinault Visitor Center

Kestner Homestead Trail is a 1.3 mile self-guided, hard-packed loop trail. It links with the Maple Glades Trail and leads to the historic Kestner Homestead. The Kestner Homestead Trail is wheelchair accessible with assistance.

There is a pamphlet available at the trailhead describing the daily life of the pioneer family in the 1900's, along with some historic photographs. Visit the Park Service Visitor’s Center and the Maple Glades Trail for a glimpse into the past and hike this trail alone or with the Park Ranger during scheduled walks.
