Hovenweep National Monument

Square Tower Group

The Square Tower Group is located near the visitor center and campground.  Its the only group of ruins in Hovenweep accessible by a paved road. A moderately strenuous trail follows the canyon rim and offers excellent views of every structure.  Visitors should plan on spending two or more hours exploring the area.
