Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument shows us an example of the homes the Mogollon people and a hint of culture of what their culture may have been like. They lived in what is now called the Gila Wilderness from around 1280 AD through the early 1300s. The landscape today looks similar to what it looked like when the cliff dwellings were inhabited. |
