Paria View is the best
amphitheater
for taking sunset pictures. Most of the other viewpoints are better
to photograph at sunrise or in the early morning. This is also a
good place to try and spot a Peregrine Falcon.
As you look down and to the
southeast you will see the Paria River watershed. This region is famous
for its slot canyons. You don't want to get caught down there during
a thunderstorm, as flash flooding in the watershed is a real possibility. |
